Ingredients

- 12–15 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos), crushed into chunks

Instructions
Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream base, sugar, vanilla bean paste (or extract), and salt until fully combined.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for the smoothest texture.

- Pour the chilled ice cream base into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- When the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, turn off the machine and remove the dasher.
