Hey there, today I'm doing a brand review of Blue Bell Ice Cream. And Blue Bell is really yummy ice cream, very, very popular flavors. Lots of people love Blue Bell. Actually one of my favorite Blue Bell flavors is their great divide, I think is what it's called where it's half vanilla and half chocolate. Today we are just doing Dutch chocolate. So let's test it out. It's got a really nice flavor, it's rich. I can chew it a little bit before it totally melts. Something that I'm finding with chocolate ice creams in particular, they all kind of tastes like watered down hot chocolate, where the flavor lingers in my mouth. But it's not a thick, rich, creamy, it just feels like it's melted and everything is gone. Instead of really coating my mouth. It's a soft ish ice cream. I can take the spoon and it glides across very easily over the top of the ice cream. With dense ice creams. Let's see, you really feel well as I'm getting deeper in here. And that's good. Let's see. The further down I go with this ice cream, obviously the denser it is. The reason for that is because it's colder, deeper down not necessarily on the top anymore since it's been out. But with dense ice creams, you know that it's good when you take your spoon and the ice cream kind of resists it and even resisting that your tongue when you put it in your mouth. So if you were to like this it resisted my tongue a little bit as I put the spoon in my mouth, not as much as I would want it to. It's great ice cream. But I do prefer something more creamy, more dense, so that when it goes in my mouth, it doesn't immediately melt like cotton candy would. So still great. When you need a little chocolate ice cream fix if you don't have time to make your own chocolate ice cream, then going to the grocery store and grabbing a pint of Bluebell will definitely be good and satisfy your chocolate craving. But if this doesn't satisfy you, you can go to creamery.co and I have ice cream courses on there where you can learn from me my process of making ice cream you can buy my recipe for chocolate ice cream. Once you learn the basics of ice cream, some of the science why it works and what works better in the ice cream and what doesn't then you can learn to customize your ice cream the way that you want to. Maybe you don't want it as creamy as the way I do. Maybe you prefer something with less milk fat in it or maybe you want it more chocolatey or less chocolate you know you can just you want to add something to it whatever being able to customize your ice cream the way that you want to really makes ice cream is so fun. It's fun to make. It's fun to share with people and then you get to be the creator of something really yummy and delicious. You can definitely see the ice crystals melting here.
